Stage / Final Inspection Activities of all products (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
Electrical:
- Visual inspection: Check for any physical damage, loose connections, or discoloration of wires or components.
- Functional testing: Verify that all electrical components are working as intended and that there are no short circuits or faults.
- Insulation resistance test: Measure the resistance between the conductor and the insulation to ensure proper insulation integrity.
- Ground continuity test: Verify that the grounding system is connected and functioning properly.
Mechanical :
- Dimensional inspection: Verify that all dimensions and tolerances are within specifications.
- Functional testing: Ensure that all mechanical components are moving freely and operating as intended.
- Leakage test: Check for any leaks in hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
- Vibration analysis: Measure vibration levels to identify any potential problems with bearings or other moving parts.
Civil
- Structural integrity inspection:: Verify that the structure is stable and can withstand the intended loads.
- Dimensional inspection: Check that all dimensions and alignments are correct.
- Material testing: Verify that the materials used meet the specified requirements.
- Functional testing: Ensure that all systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, are working properly.
